Hi folks. I have a hiatal hernia. A hole of 6 cm / 2.36 inches between my stomach and esophagus. Is there something that could tighten the esophageal sphincters significantly without the need of surgery? Please help me out. I do not want to undergo surgery!

I am not familiar with alternative methods to heal such an injury, however, it seems like a fairly common and simple surgery to fix the problem.

Yes anything that heals wounds significantly by improving the immune system. I use Whey protein, zinc carnosine, nac and vitamin c.

Hi guys. Thanks for your input. I will have a surgery to fix this in may. And like Mind said it's fairly simple. I freaked out for nothing lol.

What does the surgery involve?

I've been diagnosed with a small hiatal hernia, and advised to take omeprazole, which I don't think is the right course,as I have low stomach acid already.
