Hi,

I've recently become concerned about the way my tear troughs look. I know clinics provide dermal fillers but quite frankly, I find this solution very annoying. I'm pretty sure for aesthetician it's the opposite feeling though as the patient would have to come every 6 months or 2 years so they have a constant supply of willing people coming to give them money.

There has to be a better solution.

So for example, if there is volume loss, they has to be a way to regenerate the volume. I'm open to injections, as long as it is not something that is going to dissolve, or as long as it is not something that requires repetition every year. If it is regenerating the area, the volume loss should NOT be back in two years. It should take much longer.

Does anybody know what can be done?
