Selenium at about 100-200 mcg makes me feel sick. Anyone have any ideas?

It's in selenomethionine form and obviously I quit taking it.

I think that is selenosis or too much selenium.

China in fact is a fascinating "laboratory" for assessing the impact of selenium nutrition, since some parts of this country have selenium soil levels that are extremely low, whereas in other areas the selenium level is so high that many people suffer from a "selenosis" syndrome characterized by loss of hair and nails, garlic breath, and flu-like symptoms.
