Sounds a little extreme, but I don't have time to watch the video right now. Obviously, since resveratrol and vitamin E are natural, they can't be "dangerous" per se, only the dosage matters (or could cause problems).

Dr Matt Kaeberlein, Sinclair's former lab mate doesn't say anything so extreme. He simply says it's unlikely to impact health and longevity: https://raisingnad.c...alth-longevity/

Brad Stansfield's has changed his mind on many supplements he initially criticised. It is so common that I no longer find him credible. So any scare tactics he uses I ignore.

He's said so himself in a video apologizing for that tendency. But he is still doing it.

He hasn't gone back on rapamycin, I don't think. At one point he was trying to start a human trial for rapamycin, not sure if he got the funding he needed.

This guy has reneged on half the recommendations that comes out of his mouth . He says to take this then the next month he says don't tak it . He's hard to keep following .
I found his history review of Sinclair and Resveratrol interesting - https://twitter.com/...841441093857624
However his personal opinion on nutrients seems really limited/amateurish
