It feels somewhat like a benzo but weaker and a little different. It lasts longer too. I took a whole bunch of Relax-All last night and I slept 9 hours but felt a kinf of hungover all day. I wonder if it interferes with sleep like a benzo does. Last time I didn't take that much but I still felt hungover the next day. I can now say that GABA definitely did nothing for me. I don't think I've actually 'felt' the effects of any sedative supplement before this. I have a feeling it'll get banned because it really does cross the blood/brain barrier.

It really works, but tolerance builds quickly. Use it sparingly if you don't want its efficacy to wane.

i wouldn't be surprised if it had some of the complications that benzos have with long term use.

it seems quite obvious to me that phenibut is not meant to be used long term considering how quick tolerance develops. From my experiance most people use phenibut at recreational dosages. When tolerance develops one can just increase the dosage by 30% to get an effect however this is not advisable at higher recreational type dosages.

My recommendation would be to use smaller dosages every second weekend and then go off it for a full month every 3 months.

It would interesting to know whether the nootropic effects still exist even when tolerance to the physical have developed

I really wonder about the nootropic effects of this stuff. I feel like my memory isn't as good the day after I use it. While it doesn't impair me (not even close) I can't say I get cognitive benefits while using it either.

Don't use drugs to help you approach women. Firstly you don't need to use them. Secondly women aren't worth getting yourself in a knot over.

I'm still ultra shy at uni (even though I have a strong suspicion many of the females there find me visually appealing) but my main focus is my studies.
