Most of you will have, as nearly all plant-based supplements are anticoagulants to some extent.

So if you take more than one, is there a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding etc, as there is when you mix anticoagulant medications?

Only if I add 1 baby aspirin to my dozens daily taken natural supplements with some anticoagulation effect, did I get blood in stool. But this is easily avoided for me with something like PPC, or simple lecithin.

According to newly published research it's neither safe nor beneficial to have even one:

Article:

Study:

Conclusion:

This study found a significant increase in intracranial bleeding with daily low-dose aspirin but no significant reduction of ischemic stroke.
