Never going to happen. If that were true, a modern diet full of unsaturated fatty acids would be healthy, and yet it isn't...

Never going to happen. If that were true, a modern diet full of unsaturated fatty acids would be healthy, and yet it isn't...

That could be true in terms of O6, but as shown in the video, O3 (ALA, EPA, DHA) are PPARa activators. I increased ALA for my latest NAD test with no luck-I'm currently trying more O3 (EPA, DHA)-I'll retest in a couple of weeks. Most people don't eat high O3 diets.

I'm skeptical too, but the only way to know is to test.
