alcor's forum disappeared couple years ago;

now there's been no new alcor posts on their FB page since Dec 2022;

they by far offer the most advanced cryonics services;

(yes they are expensive, too)
but their lack of regular public outreach causes concern;

wifey & I are holding back on moving from associate to membership

because of this issue & question if they'll be best choice in 2030+,,,

Yeah, that's a shame. The Oregon Cryo forum is still decently active http://forum.oregoncryo.com/index.php. CI has a private group. I think that leaves this forum as the main "general public cryonics forum". It's a shame that more people don't participate here. Other more active cryo groups are private.

thanks for response;

if groups are private, how does one know degree of activity?

if willing, list the few most active groups...

I believe Alcor has a discussion channel on Discord - according to their latest newsletter

They are email and discord groups that I know of or was a member of. I wouldn't want to name them because I think it's bad practice for them to all be private groups. People should use public groups like this one, which can be found on search engines.
