This is a tough one because almost everything we use is made out of plastic. Microplastics can come from anything made of plastic and the food and water supply is completely contaminated.

This is a tough one because almost everything we use is made out of plastic. Microplastics can come from anything made of plastic and the food and water supply is completely contaminated.
Most microplastic pollution comes from textiles, tires and city dust [57] which account for over 80% of all microplastic in the environment.[13]
I'm approaching it from the practical side. All main sources can be easily reduced. No electrical vehicles for me (except bikes).

We still have to use a lot of products that require plastic bags and bags, which is why the earth is becoming more and more polluted. Even though I tried paper bags, it still wasn't really effective
