As far best multi...and the cost is high, but considering what you're getting at the best doses (like 2000IU vitamin D), the best forms (like K-RALA from geronova, methylcobalamin, BerryVin, etc.) and this is researched an formulated by MD/scientists. It's impressive. Their supplements on Vitacost seem to be of great quality and price. This is the cadillac though. Just curious to hear the board's thoughts. They have a number of other formulations that aren't close to $10/day, but given the convenience and what I spend in many other bottles it was a consideration to simplify, though the price is still initially overwhelming.

I can't tell exactly what's in it since they repeat several ingredients a few times. It contains some things I'd rather not take with meals. I'd feel better with a broken down Vit. E profile, and I didn't see any tocotrienols. It has too much of a few things for my taste. I'm still not too crazy about bioperene. And, I suppose the small amount of iron doesn't give it any points, either.

I am not crazy about too much bioperine either, but that is a small dose, to enhance the circumin and this spread out over a whole day. The bioperine is 1/4th what other single supplements have. It is pepper after all, realistic amounts I think are not harmful. All the brand names of the sourced ingredients are listed at the bottom below the nutritional breakdown, again it's an impressive source list. The Vit.E is mixed with high-Gamma, but you're right no list of tocotrienols...I suspect on the next formulation that will be there. Speaking of which I really think this product is amazing and right now is the best E on the market.

And by the way the NOW foods site has great industry and science related articles/abstracts there. The iron is definitely a point of contention, though it's difficult to say. I would prefer there be none, but I have a good diet and get plenty of meats too. The more minerals you have the more competition there will be though with anions/cations of like charge. Speaking of minerals I like how there is multiple salts giving varied absorption time/amount curves.

Is that reaction in regards to the Vitamin E or the Synergy Multi?
