Incredible and amazing work Michael. Not sure I have seen this already but do you have a plan to put all of this in a book using which one can follow similar approach. You have published a book in the past though I believe.

I am guessing Michael is getting near the limit of what can be done through diet modification. Further scrutinizing minor changes in macros/micros will not produce any sizable reduction in biomarker age. I think he should move more into supplements and other types of biohacking.

Yes, very true Mind, but I'm still doing small tweaks to the diet to see if I can improve the weak spots (NAD, homocysteine, Horvath) without messing up anything else. I've got some diet modifications that I'm currently trying along those lines...
