Well researched Michael. You let me realize once more the importance of Cystatin C and RDW association to risk (in the Bortz 2023 study and your nice chart reproduced below) and biological age. I recollected also RDW as largest weight in the Levine's Phenotypic Age BA formula as you also mentioned.

BTW I keep measuring since at least 10 years (I am now 70) eGFR based both on Cystatin C alone as well as the combination of Creatinine + Cystatin C. At 70 my values are 89.6 and 85.5 respectively. Note also that the Nat Kidney Foundation - https://www.kidney.org/ changed in 2021 the formulas based on new studies. They provide both 2012 and 2021 formulas: the eGFR values differ, e.g in my case the combination value is 80.4 (formula 2012) vs 85.5 (formula 2021).

Michael, sorry if I am overlooking (again!) but, in terms of the value of Cys-C, what is the value of it associated to the mid survival curve (10-90% percentile)?
