I have been taking methylene blue for a while now and I have no plans to quit any time soon. I’m curious to try NSI and was wondering if anyone has experience with taking these two together. Anything positive/negative to expect?

I just started with MB and am debating when to trial NSI, so would love to know as well. Have you found anything since posting, or tried it?

 

What have you noticed from MB and what's your dosage, if I may ask?
