Hello. I recently ordered pure cas: 27-47-9 retinol powder from Canada. Can someone provide instructions on how much retinol by weight I must add to say 50ml of oil? I want to apply retinol solution on my face and palms to reduce aging signs, deeper wrinkles. Any edible oil will work, which is best to use?
