Coconut oil (which is touted as a health supplement) comes under fire:

What do you guys think? Maybe its okay in small amounts, but not too much at once?

Was the coconut oil extra virgin (good), or heat processed (bad)? This is a pivotal question that goes unanswered in this article.

whoever designed this study should be killed

from volunteers eating carrot cake and milkshakes, they drew this conclusion... come on!
