It's amazing how reduced weight and leanness is associated with so many biomarkers (including BP) headed in the right direction. Have you seen anything about having BP even lower? I probably average about 100/60, with a solid number of systolic values in the 90's. Same with my wife who also practices CR on a more calorie reduced regime than I do.

Hi drew_ab, yep on body weight-I'm not sure if it translates to others, though. Some might have optimal biomarkers, including BP at relatively higher body weights...

Lower would be better for both SBP and DBP based on average values during aging. Your 94/55 is great news-I'd recommend tracking over time, as even if it goes to 105/65, it's movement in the wrong direction, although still better than youthful-expected values.

If I can be critical, HR (62 bpm) could be lower, as values < 45 are associated with lowest all-cause mortality risk...
