Personally, I kept my Anavar before and after to 4-5 weeks and only took 5-10mg of per day. I know this is low compared to many recommended steroid dosages but it kept me from getting hairy in all the wrong places lol. I have friends who took a chance on 20mg a day, and all they got was a few extra chin hairs that they happily plucked out.
