I have a relative who was hospitalized for brain system problems at the Chenot Palace Weggis in Switzerland where they say they have the best neurologists and following the treatments applied, patients recover almost completely.

Hey, let's see:
Active ingredients/vegetable capsule:
- L-carnitine 125 mg
- L-Taurine 125 mg
- Cognizin® CDP-citicoline (patented form of citicoline, guaranteed stabilized, non-allergenic) 75 mg
- Phosphatidylserine (standardized extract from Soybean seeds/Glycine max) with min. 20% phosphatidylserine) 62.5 mg
- Ginkgo biloba (standardized 50:1 leaf extract, guaranteed with 24% ginkgoflavoglycosides and 6% ginkgolides and bilobalide) 50 mg
- BacoMind™️ (standardized extract of whole plant Bacopa monnieri, guaranteed with 40% bacosides) 25 mg
- Epikuron® (standardized extract of Soybean/Glycine max seeds with min. 30% phosphatidylcholine) 25 mg
- L-glutamine 25 mg
- Alpha lipoic acid 12.5 mg
- Vitamin B5 3 mg
- L-carnitine 125 mg seems pretty low dose and it doesn't appear to be acetylated form (ALCAR), I would aim for 500-1000 mg of ALCAR per day.
- L-taurine at 125 mg is also low dose, it's usually taken at minimum 500 mg per day
- CDP-choline is superior choline source, and also increases uridine levels, but it's usually dosed 250 mg+
- Phosphaditylserine is usually dosed 100 mg+
- Ginkgo is excellent brain herb through various mechanisms, at 50 mg it's quite low but should be enough for effects
- Bacopa is another cognition and memory enhancing herb that has decent evidence base, but again the dose is pretty low. 100 mg+ of bacosides should be taken daily.
- Epikuron / phosphaditylcholine I'm unfamiliar with, seems like another choline source? Which doesn't seem necessary as there's already CDP-choline in this product
- L-glutamine 25 mg won't do anything, it's the most common amino acid so supplementing it is unnecessary
- ALA 12.5 mg is way too low to do anything, alpha-lipoic acid products are usually 500 mg+
- Vitamin B5 is like 30% of daily requirement? No point really, get a methylated B-complex instead if you want extra B-vitamins.
So yeah, the ingredients are mostly good but the dosages are too low. I would rather buy these supplements separately, or simply take more capsules than suggested of this product.

I want to prevent any brain degeneration and I searched the internet for studies and where I can purchase this product and I found only one online distributor:
I can only second Galaxyshock's comment. You find the properly dosed ingredients, for example, here: https://www.sunday.de/
Personally fought against PAD, COPD and ME/CFS, after years all in remission. A brain MRI found a 3cm infarction side in my cerebellum, I didn't mention even its occurrence. But I also took:
2.9 g Taurine
1.2 g Carnitine
0.4 g Choline (incl. 60 mg of CDP-choline)
170 mg of Phosphatidylserine (from supplemented Lecithin)
160 mg of Gingko biloba extract
520 mg of Bacopa extract
1020 mg of Phosphatidylcholine (from Lecithin and PPC supplements)
760 mg of Glutamine
400 mg of ALA
1.9 g of Vitamin B5
...all in average daily, for the last 16 years. Depending on age and comorbidities, of course less will also do. But the doses in this overpriced product are merely symbolic. Most already covered better with a varied diet.
