I understand you do not do this as a strategy but wonder about a physiological supplementation, say 25mg, and close monitoring of DHAE-S, T, free T and importantly E2 as likely the latter is not good for your prostate (hyperplasia).

Thank you Michael. Yes, that is a good strategy.

Somehow my E2 level is slowly increasing with age, inversely to DHEA-S decreasing. I succeed though to have both T and free T increasing and that should ensure some healthy balance.
