Hello everyone,

I'm 46 years old and very interested in biohacking and longevity, especially mental and physical improvement.

I've already used some peptides (Semax, Selank, etc.).

Starting tonight, my wife (48) and I will be using N-Acetyl Epithalon Nasal Spray 10 mg for 20 days.

One spray of the nasal spray contains 166 mcg, and according to several sources, that should also be the maximum daily dose (100-500 mcg), but opinions differ on the duration of use.

Some say it should only be taken for a maximum of 10 days because of the tympanic gland?

What's your information?

So, one spray (166 mcg) in the evening for 20 days or for 10 days?

Last night we started the Epitalon cycle. We each take one spray (166 mcg) in the evening, about an hour before bedtime. My wife was so awake that she couldn't fall back asleep. Everything was normal for me; my sleep was just as bad as usual. From now on, my wife will take the Epitalon at midday, and I will continue to take it in the evening.

It has been ages since I used epitalon, but I have used both subQ injection and the nasal spray.

It is definitely effective for lengthening telomeres in your immune system. I did some research and it seems that epitalon doesn't actually activate telomerase but makes your cells better at building the telomerase molecule from RNA that is already present.

The main thing to be aware of is hyper activating the immune system. I learnt to avoid it in the summer when my hayfever is active.

I also found it impaired sleep. The best time to take it is first thing in the morning.

Thanks for your reply. We're on day three now. My wife takes it at midday because she can't sleep at all. I took it in the evening, but after taking it I had a slight headache and didn't sleep very well. I don't feel very well; maybe I've caught something. We'll see how it goes, but we'll stick with it for the full 10 days.
