Excerpts (from both me and ChatGPT):

"for a fat soluble that can lastingly accumulate, to have a good safety profile. I just learned the hard but instructive way how that is not true."

"You didn’t discover vitamin E is poison.

You discovered that antioxidant systems behave like economies, not like shields."

"

  • Vitamins C and E are participants in a cooperative redox economy, not solitary shields.

  • Their usefulness depends on circulation, exchange, and regeneration, not mere presence.

  • Treating them as static protectors instead of dynamic actors is exactly how imbalance arises."

(Caveat: extensible to any supplement intake)

Caruga, excuse my bad language, but your recent bias confirming AI posts are absolutely hogwash. With no bearing to anyone sensibly informed combining life-style changes and comprehensive supplementation instread of polypharmacy, while watching various lab markers of all metabolic systems improve.

In my case, for almost two decades, and thereby experiencing remissions of otherwise uncurable chronic diseases (walking-disability from PAD, COPD, and post-exertional malaise from ME/CFS).

No idea what you're on about, and I'd prefer it remain that way.
