Thank you Michael. Maybe I missed it: what about DHEA-S you was a bit struggling with in the past?

Hi albedo, still working on DHEAS, which has dipped even further over the past few tests. I'm testing a couple of correlations (flax, calories) for the next test...

Just FYI, in my last hormone tests my estradiol increased out or range while T and freeT are good. To me clearly a sign of increased aromatase. I associate this in order to (i) supplementation of DHEA-S trying to normalize a very low level (stopped, I knew its a risks for increased E2 in men) (ii)  slight increase of visceral fat (more exercise) and (iii) maybe less intake of dietary compounds helping in metabolizing estrogens and mild aromatase inhibition (will increase e.g. cruciferous)
