I came back to this forum after a multi year hiatus and it's working differently and it's very difficult for me to use it.
First, the text field is very tiny, a size of one word. I need to grab the corner and enlarge enough to see the text I'm typing.
Second, attachments didn't go through on multiple tries.
When I copied text from the Word document that didn't attach, all the formatting was lost.
Is it supposed to be like that? I tried both Microsoft Edge and Chrome and the same results.

PS: When I type directly into the text window, sometimes the formatting works, sometimes it doesn't . Looks like it worked this time.
