It's hard to imagine that SENS therapies would be available to all six billion of earth's inhabitants. So where will the line be drawn geographically, socially, etc?

This is something that has been discussed a lot and no one has a really good ethical answer, but as a pratical matter it will most likely go to the rich and politically powerful first.

There will only be extreme ethical trouble if a "magic bullet" is developed that remarkably slows or reverse aging. It is very likely that the therapies will com along gradually and the first ones will only have minor effects and thus it will not "seem" like an ethical tragedy.

One bad thing about being rich and being the first to try SENS (or other therapies) is that you will be a guinea pig for everyone else.

Also, a lot of people (religious ones) say they would like to die and go to heaven (or so they claim). They will reject the therapies leaving more for the rest of us.

The lines are already drawn. There is already heavy bias towards wealthier people having a disproportionate access to health care and cutting edge medical treatment. A quick look at a map of life expectancy will show this...

Anti-aging therapies will likely follow the same trend.
