Well, the brain does play a significant role too, but that's pretty well bloody obvious.
I don't think that's what he's going for.

I think what I spend is well worth it but I try to save money. I get a small dose vs huge dose when I have a choice. I buy in bulk and cap up when I can. That alone saves me hundreds of dollars a year. Is Duke the big spender at 4 to 5k a year?

Ha ha ha. I wish it was that little! About 20 of the pills I take are around $1 a day. My guess is that I spend $20,000 a year on supps alone. I also buy my parents a lot -- another $10,000 a year.

>>> really reevaluate my supps every once in a while and kick out stuff i don't want <<<
I do this all the time. I have dropped more supplements than I can remember. Plus, many I only take every other day, or every third day.

Isn't there a risk of copper toxicity from ALA. It's supposed to significantly reduce copper excretion from bile.

I assume that is Peter Gillham’s Natural Calm? Calm failed Consumer Lab's testing for lead.Does anyone here use the powdered Mag supplement CALM which makes a great cup of hot beverage? I love CALM and couldn't make it through the week without it.
