I didn't use any Alpha-GPC for the last few months I when I looked at my reserve this morning, the powder had been transformed in some gluey stuff. The alpha-gpc I kept in a bottle look like dried glue and the one in caps has been liquefied. Anyone has an explanation? Should alpha-gpc be kept in the fridge?

GPC becomes a gluey type substance. If you are encapsulating it yourself, you might want to encapsulate it all at once.

Does it remains safe?

If you keep it stored correctly, in a perfectly airtight container -- and you don't open it all the time so bacteria, mold and other stuff can begin growing in there -- I don't see how it can become unsafe.

I'm wondering what's happening at the molecular level when the stuff transform itself into this gluey substance. Suspicious to me.

It may be absorbing moisture from the air.

i get this same effect, over time it tends to clump together. i've watched it transform from a fine power to a solid rock over the course of several months, having only come in contact with the air when i open the container to administer a dose. whether or not it keeps well is a little unclear.
