Can anyone tell me what good does the chlorophyll to your body, and does it make green apples better than red ones? What's the difference (of health and components) between red, geen and yellow apples?

Thanks

I don't think there is much chlorophyll in apples. Here is a good page on apples including information about different varieties. Here is a good page on chlorophyll.

I know some people who take supplements of chlorophyll, although IMO this can be done a much better way.

What I do is to buy Wheatgrass, BarleyGrass, Spirulina, and Chlorella in bulk and mix them together (one superfood is good, so why not 4 of them?)

The result is a dark-green powder that contains a lot of chlorophyl, and all the greatness of the actual food.

Sure, the taste ain't too great (but not too bad either, something in between the weed stuck under your lawnmower and licking the green of the 18th hole of the St Andrews course).

Comes to about 1/10 the price of those Greens+ etc products too, which cost 0.75-1.00$ a shot, even though they DO have a great formula and taste that makes you feel damn good.
