Anything else besides quercetin, Sam-E, calcium and magnesium? I'm thinking about upping my calcium levels and was wondering if I should break up the calcium and take it throughout the day to get the best effect. Does that matter? I've heard mixed things about Sam-E and quercetin, so I think I'm going to avoid them for a while.

May I ask what the antihistamine is for? If you are taking it for allergies, vitamin C and MSM could be really effective.
