I was wondering if any of you folks would be so kind as to help me with my supplement timing. I'm going to list some of the supps I take (some of which I only take occasionally, some of which I take daily, and some of which I haven't started yet) and perhaps with some guidance I can figure out when the optimal times are to take them throughout the day. Also which ones work better in combinatin with others, etc. Thanks in advance!

Vit. C
Choline/Inositol
Tyrosine
Taurine
B-complex
Vit b-12
cal/mag as well as separate cal and mag
zinc
vit. E

I have some other stuff, such as my twice daily multi, liquid minerals, fish oil, etc. which I have obviously figured out. As for the cal/mag and zinc, I typically take that an hour before bed on empty. Also, is there any danger from mercury when mega-dosing fish oil around 6 grams a day?

Taurine can also help with sleep so taking large doses before bed may be helpful. High doses can also cause nausea so proceed with caution.

As for fish oil containing mercury or other heavy metals, I wouldn't worry. Consumer Reports has done heavy metal tests and found none in any commercial products they tested.

Also, take the b vitamins in the morning or around noon. They can have an energizing effect that could cause insomnia.

Magnesium before bed because it is relaxing.

Vitamin C and B vitamins with every meal since they are water soluble.
