Hi all,

After lurking around for days I decided to make a post, partly because the piracetam has brought back alot of my desire to be social and an overall feeling of energy/well being.

After feeling I'd lost alot of my IQ battling with drugs/alcohol I remembered when I had done some NLP classes a while back someone talking about piracetam... so I googled it and decided to try it.

I first started with a dose of 1600mg which for me felt like a major boost in energy and no intelligence improvement thus far.

The next day I did an attack dose of 4.8g.... I felt and looked as if I was on speed without the jitters and really didn't like it. One person actually accused me of being on speed which was kind of uncomfortable.

The subsequent days consistent of Sunday to Friday I've been taking 800mg in the morning, solely. This so far has proved to be the best dose for me as I've noted major non-placebo improvements in concentration, energy, well-being, social function, word choice, typing, etc.

I work at a menial job where I have to interact with customers all day and it's hard not to get pissed off when It's coupled by heavy orginization and physical tasks. Lately I've been working HARD all day and interacting with the customers with ease and even come home and concentrate on a good book or just get immersed in a video game. Also, my writing ability is slowly improving. All in a week!

I feel as if I'm getting back to normal. Today I've added 250mg/daily of AGPC from relentless.

Really REALLY cool. Hope other people are having as drastic and pleasant reactions to this stuff. Weird that it's underground.

Warm regards,

Craig Avery [huh]

Interesting. Someone in the reviews thread said that, on the contrary, it diminished their "focus".

OK, after adding my own experience to the equation I think I've found my answer: if you have less-than-normal concentration/focus (e.g. you're recovering from alcoholism), piracetam's "energizing" effect gives you greater focus, but if you're already OK, you may end up driving your brain a little too hard and actually losing focus. This is what happened to me: I felt driven/excited and motivated to work, work, work, but I would more easily make mistakes. I'm cutting back (especially since I've also experienced mild headaches, on and off, at a 2x400mg dosage - I'm going to try 2x200mg for a while).

Donjoe you probably already know this, but the headaches associated with piracetam means you need more choline.

Hi to everybody. I am a 34 year-old man, who does a very "mental" demanding activity (I am a consultant, so both logical and relational tasks have to be accomplished properly). As most of you I went through some personal experiments. It has been almost 2 years from my "first" Piracetam "attack" dose.

I tried Piracetam in various amounts, Piracetam+Choline, Aniracetam, Modafenil.
These are the combination that appeared to work better, in the long term.

1. PIRACETAM (800mg)+CHOLINE (250mg): ok.
To get a decent kick in terms of motivation, mental energy and creativity, Piracetam (800mg only, single dose in the morning)+Choline is ok for me. More, is going to cause some anxiety, loss in focus, etc. Choline is necessary for avoiding side effects. I went on with this mix for almost one year, with some breaks (i.e. for holidays, or went I went of out stock...).

2. ANIRACETAM (750mg)+CHOLINE (250mg): ok.
Same of the above, but... someway better.

3. ANIRACETAM (750mg): ok.
Same of the above, choline seems not to make the difference. Does it in your stacks?

4. MODAFENIL (100mg): fantastic! >but be careful<
Only for special needs, gives you focus focus focus, energy energy, no fatigue at all, if you slept few hours and you feel tired in the morning, after 30minutes you are ok... well no, much much more than ok. But... only for special needs, I did it for 2 days and ... well, some side effects. So be careful.

5. MODAFENIL (3x100mg): fantastic! >but be very careful!<
Well, I tried it out just once, to skip one night sleep (with my girlfriend): We went out dinner, came back do some work during the night (from 3 am to 6am), then drove our car and had 1 day of skiing, then drove home. Felt fantastic all day, slept fine and the day after we went to work, no problem.
3 doses of 100mg at 2am, 8pm, 4pm > at 10pm no more doses... sleeping!

So far my personal intake consists of:
* Aniracetam (750mg) daily in the morning (5/6 per week)
* Modafenil (100mg), as exceptional boost (2/3 per month)

Final question:
> Is choline in your experience necessary or useful if you take Aniracetam? I could not feel any difference.
