STACKS

Simple Stack :
1-2 grams piracetam every 8 hours with 5 grams lecithin daily.

Study Stack - Simple :
1-2 grams piracetam every 8 hours / 5 grams lecithin / 10mg Vinpocetine every 8 hours

Advanced Stack :
2 grams piracetam every 8 hours
500 mg aniracetam every 8 hours
1 gram Alpha GPC every 8 hours

Study Stack - advanced :
1.5 grams piracetam every 8 hours
500 mg aniracetam every 8 hours
1.5 grams Alpha GPC every 8 hours
15 mg Vinpocetine every 8 hours
150 mcg Huperzine every 8 hours

Anxiety / Concentration Stack :
500 mg aniracetam every 8 hours
200 mg theanine every 8 hours (plan for one dose prior to a speech or presentation)

After all test are done stack :
500mg Theanine
1.5 grams Phenibut (do not study on phenibut)
5 grams lecithin

Seems good except 5 grams of lecithin seems awefully much.

Yeah mainly expenses, I can buy 100 capsules of around 1g lecithin for 18 bucks. 5 grams would give me 20 servings, meaning that I would have to pay out more then 18 bucks a month that + the expenses of my current regiment would just be expensive, I'd rather take 2.5g, I haven't felt much effect of lecithin anyhow.

Dude, you're paying too much for lecithin.

You can do ~30g/day for around $10/month.

What about Soy Lecithin Granules? You can get 'em at the health food store.

As shepard said, you can get lecithin really cheap

I think it's missing a B5 vitamin supplementation for the conversion process of Choline into ACh (perhaps more necessary with Lecithin rather than Alpha GPC), best just to buy a B complex.

Yeah, totally right - if you're taking 5 grams of lecithin, there is a decent probability that it will be wasted unless you are b5 stacking. I personally take a 500mg or 1g timed release tablet when I'm lecithining it.
