I noticed this comprehensive supplement called chronoforte that looks insteresting but expensive:

acetyl -l-carnitine hcl 2000mg
l-carnosine 1000mg
nettle 750mg
alpha lipoic acid 300mg
luteolin 8mg
water soluble quercetin 150mg

Anybody have an opinion?

don't like it... beta-alanine for cheaper effective increases in carnosine instead, lipoic acid in the R-isomer, preferably in a stable, time-released form such as AOR's R+(SR) instead and the others are just average add-ons imo. I do like LEF though. Their one of my fav. big 3... AOR, NSI, LEF in that order.
