Ugh. Very harsh looking neuro cocktail. My brain would drain so quickly from the concerta/modafinil.

Concerta: Dopamine reuptake inhibitor.
Oxiracetam: Acetylcholine transferase activator (increase neuron firing rate)
Alpha GPC: hGH
Multivitamin: Dunno whats in it... I would take multivitamin separately from other supplements to prevent competitive absorption.
Bacopa Moneirri : increases natural antioxidant levels
Ashwaghanda: adaptogen
Provigil: dopamine / norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, glutamine agonist, gaba antagonist.
Rhodiola rosea: optimize serotonin/dopamine adaptogen

You may not need or want to take Concerta while taking Modafinil, as they are both dopamine reuptake inhibitors. One thing I see is a lack of auxilliary antioxidants. However, I'm not familiar with the level of Bacopa's antioxidant effects, so I really can't say if you're getting enough antioxidant action. You'd have to decide that based on your personal diet and stress levels.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I agree on the concerta/provigil combo is overkill. I mainly was taking that during finals for an extra boost. But you can really feel the synergistic effects of the two. It's a very pleasureable dopamine high almost. I'm going to cut out the provigil and add in more anti-oxidants. Probalby Vitamin-C, Vitamin E, coq10. I love bacopa.

I remember some people saying that modafanil does not affect dopamine at all. It is a CNS stimulant. Of course, I might be wrong :p
