hrmmm. Good question. Immodium essentially is an opiate that can't cross the blood brain barrier.

i looked into it slightly but I didn't find anything. I don't know how specific commonly used tests for opiates are.

though common sense tells me if such a commonly used over the counter drug would give a positive result the test would be next to useless. I just wonder if the drug test manufacturers have thought of that )

Nothing shows up in a drug test if you keep some clean urine ready.
