Im currently taking NOW Adam but, after reading someones post (cant find the thread); It seems its doing me more harm than good.

One thing that I liked the most was the price...

Can anyone recommend a good multi thats in a decent price range?

I know theres that one "best" multi but, its $100/month [ang]

Brainspeed, I'd be really interested to know if the famous eastern doctor, Dr. P. Hotoshop was involed in producing
the results of the thermal imaging for the product you posted.

I've got a friend who says he eats healthy - yet he hasn't done a single bit of research as to what constitutes a healthy diet. What you might think of as healthy might not agree with the majority of findings and research currently coming to light. I'm not implying that you're diet is not healthy or un-researched, but that you need to expand a bit more on what your diet consists of. Obviously a list of every food eaten every day is not required - but I'm sure most days start with a similar breakfast, and possibly like some people here your daily diet remains almost constant throughout the week. Just a basic rundown of the foods you consume, i.e x portions of fruit, x amount of green vegetables, nuts, the oils you use etc. It will help tremendously in trying to assist you with your nutritional needs.

The exercise you do is also an important factor - you trying to build muscle, maintain muscle mass, aerobic training, long distance running etc? Spill the beans!

You came here seeking advice. The more time you're prepared to spend giving the community here as much information as possible ( "I eat healthy and i exercise daily", doesn't answer the question), the more information you're likely to take away from it.
