Though it may not be a surprise to some here's the results of the poll conducted on The Globe and Mail's website..

Do you believe President George W. Bush lied to the American people about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq?

and another poll that asks the question..

Do you agree with British Prime Minister Blair that history 'will forgive' the war in Iraq even though Saddam Hussein posed no immediate threat?

I personally think that history, if it doesn't forgive the war, may at least condone it for the thankful removal of a madman. As to the fate of Bush and Blair's legacy in this regard... time will tell..

Most of the wars we find ourselves in are really family fueds. Think WW1 and WW2. Royal families, all jockeying for position. This latest one is no different, the Husseins VS the Bushes. Make a good soap opera!

If the powers that be had any brains at all, they would have invested all the money gobbled up by this latest military crusade, into research into alternative energy, making the middle east completely irrelevant. A couple of hundred billion dollars would go a long way towards producing a viable solar car, don't you think?
