I've been just drinking Twinings Green tea, and have no idea of how much EGCG in this product. Anyone know the best green teas with the highest amount of EGCG?

Which brands are the best to buy? I would of just taken EGCG extract, but I can't swallow capsules so it sucks cos they're huge! And emptying the contents of the green tea extract into something like a yogurt would lower the benefits of EGCG because of a certain protein found in yogurt, or other dairy products. Unless you can think of something else I can mix the green tea extract capsules with that would make it just about bearable to consume.

powdered sencha has the highest recorded value I could find, 3x that of matcha...powdered is key...theoretically a powdered white would have more

powdered sencha weighs in at 150mg EGCG per g

I just mix my green tea extract with water (along with other great tasting uncapped supplements) ;)

It tastes refreshingly like... saving money.

FUKUJUEN make a very nice sencha in a tea bag.

Organic sencha leaves should be easy and quite cheap to buy. Another tea to consider would be LongJing (Dragon well). A very nice tasting tea.
