he was referring to draining of yin when a male organisms. This doesn't happen though if you block your vas deferens.

Have just listened to it and I think it went pretty well for a first try [thumb]

The only things I would say that there seemed a lot of rambling and needs to be better structured i.e. a list of questions that are stuck to for so long so it doesn't get too cumbersome, some of the rambling kind of bored me and I lost track (I think you know who I'm referring to [sfty] ).

But on the whole, well done !
