After taking Ashwagandha for the second time after a few months, I again develop symptoms resembling common cold or flu. This time I can rule out any other causes, so it must me the Ashwagandha.

I will stop it's use. But what could be the underlying cause? Alergy or maybe something else?

I also reacted poorly to Ashwagandha, I would wake up pale and clammy while taking it.

I've read that Ashwaganda increases T3 and T4 concentrations, I do not know much more about it but perhaps it is thyroid related?
