hi there, i am new to all of this and believe it or not havnt kicked smoking.....but i intend too.....i am very low energy single mum, i work from home on line sales, i am very quick tempered lately, im 35 and eat a fairly ok diet but needs improving, i am 2 stone over weight and comfort eat a lot.... with junk!!! the way forward for me (i know me) is to start with suppliments.....so i bought a bottle called superblend as its all i could find of good grade that will ship to uk. anyway is there anything in this i shouldnt be taking???? please help im lost in all this im a beginner......... [glasses]

Is this Super Blend by Super Nutrition? I not really up to date on multivitamins but my impression is that Super Nutrition is a good company with decent products. Anyways, it might be helpful if you provide a link to the product you purchased so that people can check it out and perhaps makes some comments.
