I'm on medication (potassium-sparing diuretic, one other). My doctor suggested that I don't take anything with potassium iodide/bicarbonate/other forms of potassium.

What options are there for me? That rules out LEF Mix (which I was taking before), Orthocore, etc., that are so popular on these forums. Anyone have some suggestions?

This sounds crazy. The amount of potassium is very low in a normal dose of potassium iodide. You might as well stop eating.
