I made a topic abour resveratrol in anouther forum and of course some fool started to attack me claming that there is nothing special with resveratrol. That it was just an substance among many outhers.

He took these substances an example
Glutathione, Liponsyra (ALA) (ALA = Alpha Lipoic Acid = Liponsyra), Astaxanthin, Pycnogenol, Superoxid dismutase, Acetyl-l-karnitin

This may sound EMO, but that guy just piss me off, you know the kind; he argue to silents you not to review your arguments.

As far as I know none of those substances have been shown to increase lifespan across species.
