Yucca looks like one powerful herb. It's quite cheap too.

Yes I agree, very interesting. Lots of comparisons to resveratrol. I couldnt find anthing on activation or inhibition of SIRT though. It would be wonderful if Yucca also had this effect. It seems that the plant has a great variety of biologically active constituents which could be good if they all prove positive but you never know when you have something that affects so many things.
