Simple proposition: What would include in a nightime/sleep stack?

Try to keep your post fairly neat and simple (like mine even! :)) followed by any explanation you deem worthy.

I'm currently taking:

20 mins before sleep
- Magnesium 400mg (muscle relaxant, sleep sounder)
- Vitamin C 1000mg (antioxidant, etc.)
- Fish Oil 4g (brain health)
- Melatonin 3mg (only sometimes, trouble sleeping etc.)

I wouldn't mind trying some ashgawanda and theanine soon.

My slee-stak is rather boring--

1mg of Melatonin--sleep enhancement and the myriad of other potential benefits.

Not much of a stack really...thought I'd share.

This is my stack I am planning from CC and the doses listed are in 12 capsules, but I would only take 2-4 capsules/night. I aim for between 300mcg-700mcg of melatonin and the other ingredients are mostly added for synergy and play a smaller, but still important role in a nice restful sleep.

I am calling it The Twilight Zone.

Rutin 500 MG N/A
Zinc 20 MG 133%
Melatonin 2 MG N/A
St. John's Wort 900 MG N/A
Magnesium 1000 MG 250%
5-HTP 200 MG N/A
Lemon Balm Extract 400 MG N/A

I occasionally take a few grams each of paba, inositol and taurine. They help a tiny bit but if I take them every day they seem to do less and less. I also take 1mg of melatonin, some bacopa extract and ashwaganda. Green tea extract is supposed to be calming. I take some magnesium too. St John's is not calming and it should have the opposite effect. Phenibut is the bomb but naturally as with any good thing, you can't take it every day because of tollerance. I also occasionally take an antihistamine type sleep inducer for those days I get wound up.

I will lay out one that I've used with great results for long periods of time before, but am entirely too lazy to write out the various reasons:

Zinc................30mg
Magnesium.......400mg
Tryptophan.......500mg-1g
Melatonin..........1-5mg (2mg TR seemed to be the sweet spot)
Vitamin C..........2g
7-OH, Enzymes, Probiotics taken when felt necessary.

Valerian 1.5 grams (whole herb extract not standardized, not sure why but this works better for me)
Melantonin 3 mg
Ashwagandha 900 mg
Bacopa 500 mg

or

Lunesta 2mg if you want to go the pharmaceutical route
