Simple proposition: What would include in a nightime/sleep stack?
Try to keep your post fairly neat and simple (like mine even! ) followed by any explanation you deem worthy.
I'm currently taking:
20 mins before sleep
- Magnesium 400mg (muscle relaxant, sleep sounder)
- Vitamin C 1000mg (antioxidant, etc.)
- Fish Oil 4g (brain health)
- Melatonin 3mg (only sometimes, trouble sleeping etc.)
I wouldn't mind trying some ashgawanda and theanine soon.
