I'm leaving LA for Russia next week, I haven't seen my parents in a while.

Crass consumerism wins as I fill my suitcases with brand-name clothes and multi-$$$ gifts. Please, help me choose a better present for my mom and dad. I just got my PhD in bioinformatics, working on childhood cancer and still, I'm not yet competent enough to pick a digestible combination of supplements even for myself, let alone my pill-suspicious parents. I was about to place a $300+ order on Relentless Improvements website (mainly Ortho-care, fish oil and ALCAR) but decided to pause for a second and ask for your advice.

What you'd recommend to your 50+ yrs old mom and dad?
