hmmm. I remember on this forum how good a 40mg capsule of t-rsv was really good as it equivilant to 'x' amount of bottles of red wine. Then came 100mg and all of a sudden 40mg wasn't that gret anymore.

Now we have a 500mg club and thats now burnt out as now the new thing is 2000mg!!

Now those 40mg capsules seem really weak and not worth the effort!

Its all a conspiricy to get us buying massive amounts of the stuff I tell ya! Desensitise us into thinking that megadoses arn't really megadoses and is the norm to buy!!!! hahaha

The 2k and 5k topic do contain some critical approaches to resveratrol dosage inflation. The 5k topic is rightout ironic but to the point if you ask me.
