I will begin LEF's Mitochondrial optimizer soon (when I'll get it...ordered a few days ago and I live in France), and I wonder when it's best to take it. It's without SOD, because I take it separately (see below)

All at once with breakfast in the morning, right before WO or in divided doses througout the day ?

Carnosine seems to be less effective if taken in low doses (<1000mg/d), so is it the reason to take all at once ? I'd prefer at least 2 doses, because ALCAR has a stimulant effect on me, and I train at 6 or 7:pm. But if I do this , would it be counter productive with the carnosine ?

I also have home brewed caps with GliSODin, idebenone, rhodiola and forskolin, pop it half with breakfast, the other half at dinner with my multi vit. Maybe should it be better to add 1 also b4 WO ? (the rhodiola dosn't have a stimulant effect with me, so I can take it afternoon).

Thanks in advance for your help ;
