Xanadu, per usual, is just trying to stir up trouble. Every long term member of the Institute knows the UN story and it isn't a propoganda campaign. There are many threads people can check out regarding the situation and how it all came down, and it has little to do with their prices or service. Personnel (1, 2, 3 or more people) from UNI created Life Mirage and/or had a hand in LM's maintenance in the Imminst forums. One person paid for the account, another UNI employee registered the account, and a few people claimed that Lee Crost was the main person behind the virtual persona, . For a while Lee was on the UNI website as an advisor and even listed on UNI's state of Illinois papers. The whole thing erupted because LM (Lee or whoever) was at the very least leading people to believe he was a "doctor", whereas as far as everyone could figure out he only had a medical degree and never became a registered practicing physician anywhere. When Imminst members asked Lee Crost if he was really LM, he flatly denied it a few times. In fact, one day, while Lee was on the phone with an Imminst director, LM was simultaneously in the chat room holding a chat. So LM was kicked out - whoever it was. OK, so you might think so what, you never know who is who in internet forums....take everything with a grain of salt.
The bigger problem is that someone (or a few people) from UNI still hold a grudge against Imminst and against Relentless Improvement. About every couple months a new member comes in and starts trashing RI or starts a viral marketing campaign for UNI. They have been warned many many times about commercial spam and viral marketing in the forums, yet they keep coming back and we keep having to ban them. We have mounds of forensic evidence linking her/him/them to UNI. I talked to Aaron about it. He said UNI is a good company and he is not sure how they got such a bad rap. I suggested that maybe they have some loose cannons at the company running around ruining UNIs reputation. I hope Aaron is able to root them out.
Here is the deal...time heals all wounds. All it would take is some up front answers about the whole situation and a promise to stop spamming Imminst fourms, and UNI could get back in good graces. Again, it doesn't really have much to do with service or prices.
