Can someone give me a quick rundown on it, and tell me what supplements are the most superior for preventing it from happening?

Also, how would i combine them with racetams, anti-oxidants, and choline?

Thanks.

I would suggest fish oil.

Many of the ways of reducing inflammation don't work on the brain, because of the blood-brain barrier. Fish oils really spring to mind as really important, since they're so useful to the brain anyway.

astaxanthin is a powerful antioxidant that is supposed to cross the bb barrier. Anyone know if that would be effective?
