I really enjoyed Duke's 2006 year-end supplement review. I cannot wait for the 2007 review. How about a mid-year review? What's the best stuff on the market currently to take for anti-aging?

I am considering trying AOR's new products Benagene and Acta-Resveratrol. Is there any research which proves that it is significantly beneficial for humans to take?

A 2007 heavy-hitter for me, is the veteran metformin. Of course, FWIW, I need to say all use must be regularly monitored by a physician, - this is a drug.

Being exposed to pesticides and radon gas etc., is not exactly natural either, just don't tell anyone...... :/

Radon is present naturally in rocks. I get exposed to it by being in my basement or getting a shower. Maybe the shower's not natural? :)

Yeah, but the decay product of radium, radon gas can be a troublemaker when accumulating in homes, - unsealed basements for example provide an open channel for radon to seep up and accumulate.
